The Church of St. Mary held its first Block Party on September 9-10, 2006. One of the highlights of the weekend was a first-ever alumni reception in the new media center. The tables were filled with scrapbooks and ledgers dating back to the 1950's. SMS graduates spent a considerable amount of time looking at the many pages and reminiscing.
