Cheesecloth Ghosts

Our class made ghosts using liquid starch, cheesecloth, Styrofoam balls, toilet paper rolls, and wire. The first step was to put the Styrofoam ball on the toilet paper roll and put the wire through the ball to shape its arms. Then we soaked the cheesecloth in the liquid starch and draped it over the ball and wire. After a few days, we took the cloth off the form, and then we made faces out of felt.

We also wrote stories about our ghosts.
